Pop Puncher
This game was created during the 2025 global game jam over a 48-hour period with the theme "Bubble".

In this 2D platformer fighting game, face off against your friends and family in intense duels between an otter and three mice. Can you pop all three of your opponent's bubbles before they do?
​
By pointing your joystick in one direction and using the attack button, you can access a panel of different attacks! Attacks are also different in the air and on the ground, so don't forget your double jump!
​
Use your guard to parry your opponent's blows and counterattack more effectively! Compete on different maps - up to 4 of them!
​
It's a game that can be played with any type of controller!
Personal intention for the project :

For this project, the aim was to take part in game jam 2025 and take on a challenge: succeed in making a multiplayer platform fighter in 48 hours!
​
It's the kind of project I've always wanted to do, but it seemed out of reach with the experience of my first two years, so I gave it a go in my third year with a fantastic team.
​
This project not only allowed me to test my talents, but also to improve my skills in rapid prototyping and teamwork. I was mainly involved in the concept, coding and animations. As usual, game jams are fun and challenging.
